About Us
At ICAN, we bring stakeholders at a local, regional, and national level together to promote and implement non-traditional apprenticeship programs. This dual training system is business-driven and ensures that trainees meet the employers’ demands of today.

We act as an intermediary not only to provide guidance and documentation for schools and employers to accomplish their goals, but to ensure that these critical collaborations are built in long-lasting and sustainable ways. In short, we stay involved and committed to the needs of our partners.
We do this by providing innovative and ambitious career training programs that generate, support, and empower a skilled workforce. Creating community based partnerships between educators and area employers in order to fulfill their most ambitious endeavors is at the heart of what we do.
